Refund & Returns Policy

We work hard to create flavors that everyone can enjoy! But alas, we understand it's not for everyone and offer a 30-day refund window. Please send an email to support@prymal.com with your order # and reason for requesting a return or refund so we may help process.

Please note that customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Opened bags will qualify for a 50% refund only. Opened Aerolatte Frothers will qualify for a 50% refund only. Limited Edition flavors do not qualify for a refund.
