Who We Are & Why We Started
Hi! My name is Courtney and I'm the founder of Prymal. I created a line of healthy, sugar-free coffee creamers to help my dad after he was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes.
He used to use Hazelnut Coffeemate plus spoonfuls of sugar in his morning coffee. And even though he saw his blood sugar skyrocket every morning at testing time, he kept using it because, "Well there's nothing else that tastes as good."
That's why I decided if no one had created a natural creamer he liked and that I felt comfortable with him using everyday, then I'd make it myself💪
Fast forward 5 yrs and Prymal creamers have not only permanently changed my family's lives, but thousands of other coffee lovers' lives. A1C's are dropping, pounds are being shed, but most importantly, drinking sweetened + creamed morning coffee is now a HEALTHY habit for us!

This was my first time trying the Irish crème flavor. It’s a more subtle flavor spectrum, so I use at least 2 tablespoons in my cup of coffee to achieve a more robust flavor. Overall I like it!

When I’m wanting chocolate this hits the spot. I use it as hot chocolate and add my home made whipped cream to it and it’s delicious. That’s what I do with all of it because I don’t like coffee. I’m going to add it to my home made ice cream it’s so good.
